Prohibited Content

You may NOT use Bananano to generate, create, or distribute any of the following types of content:

1. NSFW and Sexually Explicit Content

  • Sexually suggestive content: Content depicting undressing, twerking, suggestive poses, or other sexually suggestive activities
  • NSFW content: Any content that would be considered "Not Safe For Work"

This prohibition applies to all media types including images, videos, and audio.

2. Illegal Content

  • Content that violates any local, state, national, or international law
  • Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activities
  • Content involving minors in any inappropriate context
  • Counterfeit goods or services
  • Illegal drugs, weapons, or other regulated substances

3. Harmful or Abusive Content

  • Content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Content that harasses, threatens, or bullies individuals or groups
  • Content that promotes self-harm or suicide
  • Content depicting graphic violence or gore
  • Content that spreads misinformation or disinformation

4. Intellectual Property Violations

  • Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • Content that impersonates individuals, brands, or organizations
  • Content using copyrighted characters, logos, or brands without permission

5. Deceptive or Fraudulent Content

  • Deepfakes or manipulated media intended to deceive
  • Fake news or deliberately misleading information
  • Phishing or scam-related content
  • Content designed to manipulate or defraud others

6. Spam and Malicious Content

  • Spam, unsolicited advertising, or promotional content
  • Malware, viruses, or other malicious code
  • Content designed to exploit system vulnerabilities

Content Moderation

Bananano implements the following measures to enforce this policy:

  1. Automated Filtering: Our system automatically filters prompts and content for prohibited keywords and patterns
  2. AI Safety Features: We utilize AI models with built-in safety filters and content moderation
  3. Manual Review: We reserve the right to manually review generated content and user activity
  4. User Reporting: Users can report violations of this policy

Consequences of Violations

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in:

  • Warning: First-time minor violations may result in a warning
  • Content Removal: Prohibited content will be removed from our platform
  • Account Suspension: Temporary suspension of account access
  • Account Termination: Permanent termination of account and loss of all credits
